The E-Flite range of Electric RC Airplanes cover all types and are available as RTF RC Planes, ARF RC airplanes, as well as BNF and PNP stages of completion.

E-Flite is a division of Horizon Hobby, that specializes in electric RC airplanes, electric power systems, electronics and accessories.

All the levels of completion are utilized, such as ARF RC airplanes (Almost-Ready-to -Fly), RTF RC planes (Ready-To-Fly), BNF (Bind-N-Fly) and PNP (Plug-N-Play)

The ARF type typically has the basic airframe, completely finished and covered (if covering is required). There is usually no installation of motor(s) or electronics.

The RTF is normally 100% complete, with all gear installed and an RC transmitter is supplied.

The BNF version is generally completely assembled, with all the electronics and motor installed and just needs "binding" to a suitable 2.4GHz transmitter.

The PNP type is just like the BNF, except there is no receiver, transmitter, battery or charger included.

The above photo shows one of the latest additions to the line. This is the Hawker Hurricane. It is a large, all foam RC airplane that can be equipped with flaps and retractable landing gear. Typical of other models in the line, it is available in two different modes of completion-BNF and PNP.
