Which is the best of the RC planes for beginners? I believe the E-Flite Apprentice may have a claim to this title!
There is no building required and everything is included in the box except the radio and battery and charger.
Just plug-in your own receiver and install your lipo battery(11.1V 3200mAh 3S)and you are ready to fly!
The 58" span wing features a flat bottomed airfoil that is very forgiving and many modelers have had their first flight with an Apprentice.
It is constructed of Z-foam, a very tough and durable material that can be easily repaired if and when required.
The model is equipped with a tricycle landing gear, that beginners find easier to handle. It can take-off and land on short grass but can also be hand launched.
The installed 15 size outrunner brushless motor will run for about 12 to 15 minutes with the recommended battery and a 4-channel RC transmitter will suffice.
