scale heli vibrations

i have just built a hind mi24 hind gunship on a raptor50se pod & boom.
excessive vibrations in the rh wing pod assy just before lift-off.
main rotor speed of 1800rpm.
os55 blue head motor.
15/22 nitro & coolpower.
checked main & tail rotor blades & balanced.
no loose ball links.
will attach movie if someone can help.
