This RC airplane is constructed in a new way from carbon fiber, plywood and Z-foam. The wing panel is molded in two parts and the ply spars and carbon fiber parts are glued into the bottom half and the top piece is then glued on.
This makes for a very strong but light structure that is ideal for extreme 3D RC aerobatics!
The installed 25 size outrunner brushless motor gives ample power for the most extreme "High Alpha" maneuvers.
Being a Bind-N-Fly model, all you will need is your own RC transmitter. This should be 6-channel DSM2/DSMX aircraft transmitter with dual rates and exponential functions.

The Pitts Model 12 is a scale RC plane that is capable of sport RC aerobatics or if powered by a larger motor can fly some extreme maneuvers!

Being one of E-Flite's ARF RC airplanes, it does come with all the construction complete and is expertly covered. It does require a 6-channel receiver and RC transmitter, with mixing capability. The outrunner brushless motor required should be a Power15 BL 950 Kv. For more performance a Power 25 BL can be used.
RC servos should be JR Sport MC 35 (4-required).
A 40-A RC ESC with a switching BEC is also required.
Suggested prop size is an APC 12x6E.
